A capacity crowd filled Rocketown on Thursday evening April 27 as the ACE Mentor affiliate in Nashville and Middle Tennessee disbursed $64,000 in new and alumni scholarship dollars.
The photos below capture the essence of the evening.
Note: Mustapha is a graduate of MLK Magnet School in Nashville and was a participant in ACE for four years while there.
Gensler is pleased to announce the winners of the firm’s ninth annual Diversity Scholarship. Mustapha Williams, an undergraduate student of architecture at the University of Tennessee- Knoxville, received first prize honor. Second prize went to Farre Nixon, a graduate student of architecture at the University of Pennsylvania. Both winners will receive academic scholarships and opportunities to intern with Gensler.
